Gun Lake Casino Resort (GLCR) has once again earned a spot among West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. This marks an impressive sixth year in a row the tribal-owned resort in Michigan has received this recognition from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).
In a press release, Sal Semola, Chief Executive Officer of GLCR said:

The NABR’s Best and Brightest Award celebrates companies that set the standard for excellence in employee engagement, human resources practices, and workplace culture. Winners are chosen based on data from comprehensive surveys and application responses, evaluating everything from benefits to employee development initiatives.
Last November, Gun Lake Casino received the 2024 Bev Drake Essential Service Award from West Michigan Works!, a state-sponsored organization that focuses on employment and labor resources. According to GLCR, the Bev Drake Essential Service Award is given to organizations “who go above and beyond and keep organizations running smoothly, ensuring guests and team are happy every day.”
